Giving Back
When you work with The Janel Morgan Team, a percentage of our closing costs will be donated to 1 of 3 charities of your choosing. Our goal is to write some really big checks to our charity partners at our charity gala each year, but we need your help to do so. Work with us and lets give back to our community together, one home at a time!
Our Charity Partners for the year of 2026
Skate Free Charlie is a nonprofit honoring the life and legacy of Charlie Boike by supporting community outreach, youth opportunities, and local organizations that reflect his values of honor, compassion, drive, heart, and courage. After Charlie’s tragic passing at 17, his family created the Charlie Boike Memorial Fund to keep his spirit alive through events, scholarships, and community support initiatives. Signature programs like the Goons 4 Good memorial hockey tournament and the Doxie Dash bring the community together while raising funds to support local youth and charitable projects.
A highlight of the organization is Charlie’s Corner Community Sport Court, a multi-sports facility at the Omni Training Facility in Waite Park designed for all ages, including adaptive sports, honoring Charlie’s love of hockey and community. Skate Free Charlie continues to grow through expanded outreach programs, including podcasts, public speaking, and partnerships with local organizations, all aimed at keeping Charlie’s passions alive, increasing fundraising, and creating lasting impact in the community.

Each Rose Robin Box is designed to help women feel seen, loved, and supported emotionally and physically as they navigate the overwhelming process of mastectomy and recovery. The organization operates through donations and volunteers, ships to the 48 contiguous United States, and focuses on keeping the spotlight on the courage and stories of the women they serve.

Heroes K9 Odyssey Academy is a nonprofit in Central Minnesota founded in 2022 by Amie Schwinghammer to support veterans, first responders, and rescue dogs through training, mentorship, and community building. The academy combines skill‑building in canine handling, grooming, and veterinary support with personal growth opportunities, helping participants find purpose and direction after service while giving rescue dogs a second chance as service, therapy, or companion animals.
Inspired by Amie’s transition from law enforcement to dog training, Heroes K9 Odyssey Academy offers a residential, hands‑on program that fosters connection and healing for both humans and dogs. The organization is expanding its vision with plans for a permanent training campus and partners with local facilities like Eagles Healing Nest to deepen its impact.
